Menchetti who also competed, you can see why MLE would never allow these two peas in a pod into the organization or for that matter let Boone
back into the organization. Actually Pete is a very good eater so with that said i cannot figure for the life of me why he would destroy his image by
sharing the same table with Boone. I really dont care about who won or who cheated because any contest that Boone is involved with almost
always has negative connotations attached to it. Honestly , i think Boones anger has more to do with Boone being jealous of Furious Petes GF
Anyhow heres the summarized play by play of Menchetti " I was looking at Boone's cups from about 15 yds away. I noticed that the sun was
shining on his cups & the fisrt inch or 2 was lightly colored. & the rest was REAL dark. So I suggested to Pete that he check Boone's cups. He

Lots of shit happened today . I wont go into detail but you can read all about it on some of the other
editorial i will be posting . I wont be going to Coney ever again after what transpired this afternoon. I dont
need the bullshit and i dont need the aggravation. What upsets me the most is that i promised Kobayashi
i would show up for his rooftop event and after the crap i had to deal with in Coney i was this close to
saying fu== it and hop the train uptown. He had sent me a text this morning "Im sad you cannot make it" .

Charles Hardy after the contest yesterday. At least when i competed against the likes of him and Jarvis back
in the day, i felt as though i had a shot of winning a title. Now its like trying to reach for another galaxy. He tells
me "Hey i hear youre cursing everyone out on your website" I had to lauigh at that one cause it was funny but
i did reply "Only the ones that deserve it" 406 views on youtube of my Nathans mens footage in less than

publicity set up and nothing more than that. For further proof, if you happen to be a FB friend of Grace she posted a thread
thanking everyone of being so supportive of her incredible 24 dog performance. The follow up comments have nothing but
praise and congrag for her but then again these friends of hers know nothing about competitive eating. Andrew Lane chimes
in towards the end finally pointing out that according to MLE she only ate 4. She doesn't reply to any of the comments which
obviously implies one thing . Publicity stunt media stunt. I spoke to Cardboard Shell this morning about this nonsense and the
bottom line is Michelle received $1500 check and not Grace Lee. I dont expect Grace Lee to continue her newly found career as

Im sure by now most of you know about DONSTURDY . i guess you can refer to his blog as the west coast version of
BB.com minus the gossip and the commentary. Check it out sometime. He has great interviews with the eaters as well as
clear HD videos of competitive eating contests. Here is the latest news on Grace Lee right from the horses mouth
"There is so much controversy about my Nathan's competition. I will be on The Bert Show Monday morning at 9am to make
my public statement. Followed up with an interview with NY Daily. Thank you all for your support!" This was the statement
made a few hrs ago on Grace Lees FB page . I never met the girl and i am sure shes a very nice girl but a very young one as
well and young girls under 30 sometimes say things that sound somewhat immature. Im referring to the "public statement"
Who cares man? Are we supposed to wait with bated breath till Monday for her earth shattering statement as to the reason
why 20 hot dogs was deducted from her totals last Monday? Ive been in this eating thing too long to fall for a gimmick like
this. First of all, in all my years competing i have never witnessed an eater up their totals by 11 hot dogs in a weeks time.
Matter fact i doubt ive never witnessed a new eater go from 13 to 16 in one weeks time. Ive seen competitive eaters
increase their totals from 13 to 24 in 5yrs but one week? I dont think so Grace. .Grace Lee couldnt even finish 3 plates of
hot dogs in NC and we are expected to believe that she was only one hot dog away from finishing her 5th plate at Coney
Island ? Maybe a site like eatfeats.com will keep it locked in till the big story breaks so tune in there and im sure they will

attorney but they dont have one. Now that is really odd isnt it ? If you notice throughout the years Kobayashi has never competed in the IFOCE

MLE held an after party somewhere in NYC but it appears that Koby got the best of that one as well. His afterparty had loads and
loads of gorgeous single chicks.while the MLE party looked more like a high school reunion. Check out the PIC. while most of the
women at the MLE after party were married. What the hell is so good about that? You cant get down with the eaters wives or you
might get slapped or have the shit kicked out of you by their husbands. Listen i dont know if this was a ploy on Kobayashi part to
steal the spotlight even after his dogs were digested , but it appears to have worked. Some of the single but unavailable women at
the MLE afterparty like Stephanie Torres, Val Bronman, Maria Sulken and Jessica Abdul Jabbar are not about to go home with

"Gottiland" Howard Beach so if you think she's soft, you thought wrong. You can move out of the hood but you cant take the hood out of someone is the old
saying. I guess Larell got sick and tired of Princess Grace fabricating her hot dog totals to the media . You can hear the PODCAST but you need to scroll down

Now this is the fault of the judges and you would think that competing in the biggest hot dog event of the year, they would come up with some stricter guidelines
as far as enforcing the rules. Several years ago at the Nathans Philly qualifier you were not allowed to start your second plate until you finished the first one.
Matter fact the judge wouldn't give you a second plate until you finished your first one. Well from the info just gathered, it appears that Grace Lee never finished
any of her plates. Some of these Nathans judges are bad news. What do you expect from a veteran judge that provides a VIP pass for Gavonne?. I was a judge

Stephanie Torres told me that she holds no personal grudges towards Juliet Lee after finishing 1/2 a dog in
front of her at the Nathans finals. She was more upset with the fact that she noticed her eating and dunking

This might be a weird analogy but then again Ive made weirder ones in my day, The other night i was watching a YOUTUBE clip of former Moody Blues lead
singer Denny Laine performing one of his big hits "Go Now" with Paul Mccartney and Wings in concert at Madison Square garden during their heyday in 1976. A
concert to this day i regret not being able to see because i had school the next day and didn't have $6 for admission. Laine really stole the show in that clip and
remained with the band for three more years until Mccartney kicked him out. To my knowledge Mccartney wants nothing to do with him nor does he acknowledge
that the man even exists. Here is a YOUTUBE clip of Laine performing the same song (sounds kinda stale) with a cover band called Liverpool at a Beatles

Spent an hour with the great Notorious B.O.B at Jims steakhouse in South Philly. Check out the VIDEO. First time ive ever
been there and long overdue . I have now finally covered the major cheesesteak restaurants in Philadelphia. Gino's Pats
Tony Luke & Jims. Afer finishing the Philly steak at Jim's i thought i had tasted heaven but to be quite honest all four
restaurants are about the same as far as quantity and quality.Maybe my expectations were too high but i thought Jims
sandwiches were supposed to be twice as large as the other three mentioned. No way. Matter fact Jims cheesesteaks start
at $7 and change not much of a huge difference pricewise. Then they charge extra for each topping which i was unaware of
until i got to the register. Cheesesteak with mushrooms peppers and a beverage came to $10.35. Maybe i got Jims in Philly

first sandwich . The man is a sport and a sweetheart all rolled into one. I was actually in AC for a few hrs and up a few

Larell Marie Mele was a guest on Don Sturdy PODCAST. She basically discusses Nathans , gives Grace Lee more credit
than she deserves and talks about the sport in general and how she got started. Ive corresponded with Sturdy a few times
via email. Seems to be an ok guy but needs some polishing on his broadcasting skills. Withought sounding as though im
tooting my horn prob the two best at conducting interviews are Conti and myself. Unlike some unprofessional immature
assholes(you know who you are) out there that praise youre skills when youre friends , then shit on those same skills when
you have a falling out, i always give credit where credit is due regardless of issues i had with Conti. . Back to the interview .

back as far as Oct 2002 at the Oceana restaurant in Brighton Beach when Boone was declared the winner of the Russian dumpling contest
only to find that Boone had stuffed 75 of those pelmenis in his pocket. I can only vouch for one one Boone cheat , being that i was competing
right next to him in the Pelmeni rematch at Bryant Park in NYC Sept 2003. In that contest i advanced to the second rd and after that rd ended
, Ed Jarvis and i noticed Boone clenching something in his fist. An enraged George Shea demanded "Boone open that fu-- hand right now "

Some of the hate comments from eatfeces.com applied to Dale Boone from Furious Pete's GF and others regarding the Z burger contest, can
be viewed via this LINK . The classic was a comment posted on 7/5 by Petes GF at 12:03 . I could swear she was referring to that homeless
creepo that makes trouble in person and on the net. I did get confirmed for Gyzoa on Aug 20 in LA but the airfare prices are $415 and up. Right
now its a touch and go situation. Nevertheless i put together a VIDEO on how to prepare the scrumptious little pot stickers. In the past week i
noticed OJ Rifkin is cleaning up some of the dirt on eatfeces. If he keeps up the good work i just might drop the "ces" and replace it with "ats" but
that remains to be seen as to how long it lasts. Honestly the damage is done as far as im concerned. 3 yrs of getting beaten up by haters has
obviously convinced many that this site is a joke when in reality it is the only real competitive eating website out there today. Let them think what
they want who cares anymore.

If you are used to seeing Dallas Tortilla & the hot Tamales in Lewisville TX on Sept 24 ,this might be the first time since its inception that
they wont be present. According to Rebecca Behnke who served as sponsor for the event during the past 6 yrs, has just informed me that
the city of Lewisville has not contacted her in any way. That really sucks because i was looking forward to meeting Rebecca & the hot
tamales for the very first time. Things could change but i doubt it. Naader Reda has been on a tear of late. The west coast sensation has
been taking CA by storm of late completing two incredible challenges only minutes apart from one another. The first one called "The
Beauty" 3lb chocolate brownie topped with 12 scoops of icecream and whipcream. They give you 30 min to complete . Naader did it in 20.

I just received some tragic and shocking news from Larell Marie Mele that Sean Gordon's mom was killed in an automobile
accident this afternoon. His dad who was also in the vehicle is in critical condition.. In my 8yrs of competitive eating
journalism this is only the second time i had to report a tragic incident in our competitive eating family. The first was Van
Dam diving accident and now this. I really did not know Mr Van dam because i never had the pleasure of meeting him but
Sean losing his mom really hits home because i spent time with Sean in MS in April of last year and i met his mom as well.
Thoughts and prayers go out to the Gordon family during their time of mourning. May god give Sean the will and the
strength to pull through his tragic loss. Prayers also go out to Seans dad for a speedy recovery. Sean is a class act and a
super human being and i wish him the best.
